Shipping Specifications

We ship to more than 1500 cities and towns within India. However, there are restrictions on some products, as they cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Please ensure that you check out the list of shipping destinations for the product that you are purchasing, to avoid any delays or disruptions in deliveries.

Shipping & Handling Cost

No complex formula that would confuse our customers. Shipping & Handling costs vary from category to category of the product that you buy. Except for Gift Vouchers, for all product categories, shipping & handling is charged as a flat rate based on the weight and the delivery zone.

Delivery Time

Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days, once payment is confirmed. However, certain categories of products have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of the product. Do check out the delivery timelines for each product while ordering.

Damaged Goods

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you open the packaging and discover that the item was damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately for a replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged product, we will issue purchase vouchers of equivalent amount.

Defective Products

If you find that the product you have received is defective and does not meet your expectations, you need to return the product to us, along with the original invoice, within 15 days, for a replacement or refund. The product should be unused or have a manufacturing defect; products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately for a return or replacement.
In case of refund, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
